The home features a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a private bathroom, a queen bedroom, a quadruple bunk bedroom, and a triple bunk bedroom – providing ample accommodation for up to 12 guests. For your convenience, a pack-n-play and highchair are also available.

Two parking spaces are provided in the driveway. To ensure your total comfort, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. However, please note that seasoning items are not provided for safety reasons. An outdoor BBQ grill is also available for rental.

Pet fee: the house is pet friendly, but your pet must be house trained, we charge an extra $20/night with a cap of $300 for total stay.

This home is located just off State Route 402 in Davenport. This home is not located in a vacation home sub-division, but it is extremely close to Disney World. Not be located in a vacation home community has many advantages...while you do not have a clubhouse or resort amenities, this home does offer a larger pool than most 4 bedroom vacation homes. In addition, this family friendly community is less busy and quieter than staying in a resort community. So if you are looking to just hang out at your vacation pool and relax in a quiet neighborhood this vacation home is the one for you.
